An Innovative retirement Scheme for Trust Schools in Zimbabwe
Comarton, in its quest to providing cost effective pension management structures in respect of registered Private Schools in Zimbabwe has developed the Association of Trust Schools Pension Fund (the ATS Fund), managed on a self-administration basis.
The ATS Fund pools together the pension arrangements for various Schools under one fund, thus increasing critical mass and economies of scale, resulting in reduced administration and other expenses for each participating School.
Members of the various Schools directly benefit from the creation of a larger investment base, as opposed to smaller individual stand-alone Funds. This enables the Fund to participate in investment opportunities that would otherwise not be accessible to the smaller independent funds.
